Proposals and Qualifications are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-51, and the Municipal Code of the City of Plainfield, Chapter 2, Article 10 Sections 19, 20, 21, and 22 (Ordinance MC 2011-11). All questions regarding the RFP must be made in writing and directed to Cynthia Blake. Questions can be emailed to cynthia.blake@plainfieldnj.gov All information requested in the proposal package must be provided or the submitted proposal may be disqualified. Submissions must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope to the services for which the Proposal or Qualification is submitted. Prospective respondents are hereby notified that an Original, two (2) copies and one (1) digital version of your Qualifications proposal must be submitted to the City. The City of Plainfield reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any informality in the RFP process, and to accept any submissions which, in their judgement, are most advantageous, price and other factors considered and will best serve the interest of the City of Plainfield. Hand delivered proposals must be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk before the prevailing date and time indicated.
