This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to select a number of experienced and qualified flooring contractors to provide Agricultural flooring solutions to the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) Large Animal Hospital Complex. All proponents are expected to review the requirements of this RFSQ carefully to ascertain they possess the related experience and ability required to deliver the proposed project. The University of Guelph intends to pre-qualify up to eight (8) contractors for its Agricultural Flooring Vendor of Record (VOR) List. The VOR List will be in effect for a three-year term from April 1st, 2023 until March 31st, 2026. The VOR list may be extended for four additional three-year terms. Contractors on this VOR List will be invited, on a project-by-project basis, to propose, price, install and maintain approximately 2,500 SM (26,500 sq ft) of agricultural flooring within the OVC Large Animal Hospital Complex over a 1 to 15 year time frame. The preliminary construction budget for the project has been set at $5,000,000 over the course of the next 15 years. Annual budgets will vary according to the scope of work undertaken in a given year. Term of VOR List - April 1st, 2023 until March 31st, 2026.
