Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work generally consists of restroom renovations for Bartlett, Northside Complex, JRP 50+ Activity Center, Northside Complex tennis lighting, and Bartlett concession building renovation as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Maintenance Bond and a Payment Bond on the forms set forth in the Contract Documents as security for the faithful performance of, and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of, the Contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the City to make an award to that Bidder. The City also reserves the right to waive informalities.
