The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in a design -build contract for mechanical HVAC upgrades and repairs at the Remington Nature Center. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer. In general, the Project will consist of the following: o Evaluation of the current ground source system o Cost and Performance evaluation of optional solutions. o Design and Engineering services for accepted option o Equipment and Labor for Demolition of existing systems not to be reused o Equipment and Labor for installation of new system o All other trade work required for installation of new systemsto include but not limited to plumbing, electrical. o As-built drawings o Optional 5-year maintenance agreement
