The Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Summit Hill Elementary School located at 13855 Providence Road, Milton, GA 30004. ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS Replace acoustical tile ceilings in corridor and Media Center and Cafeteria Remove existing VCT flooring and replace with new LVT flooring. HVAC SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS Replacement of existing central plant including cooling tower, boilers, heat exchanger, pumps, terminal units and pressure dependent terminal units. Replacement of existing water source heat pump (WSHP) units including piping accessories and bi-polar ionization units. Replacement of the energy recovery units, energy recovery ventilators with units providing dehumidification. Replacement of rooftop air conditioning units. Furnish and install air conditioning in MDF/IDF rooms. Upgrades to the energy management for all new HVAC equipment installed in this scope of work. Furnish and install kitchen vent hood fans. Furnish and install duct insulation as indicated. Cleaning of existing ductwork ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS Upgrade of electrical distribution system as required for all new HVAC equipment installed. Replace emergency generator and upgrade generator distribution. Provide generator connection to all FCS required systems. Replace existing lighting in corridors and common areas with LED lighting. Modify the existing analog intercom system to a new digital hybrid intercom system. LOW VOLTAGE TESTING Provide inspections of low voltage systems in accordance with General Requirements
