**As of March 27, 2023, in the process of being awarded, but no timeline for award** Sealed bids are invited for the Radford University, Phase I Partial Demolition of Tyler and Norwood Halls, Radford, Virginia 24142. The Tyler and Norwood Halls partial demolition project in Radford, Virginia is the first of two phases of work, consisting largely of selective demolition in preparation of the Phase II renovation. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A bid bond is required. Contractor registration is required in accordance with Title 54.1-1103, of the Code of Virginia. See the Invitation for Bids for additional qualification requirements. All executive branch agencies are directed to advance Executive Order 35, dated July 3, 2019 Copies of the Invitation for Bids documents, including the plans and the specifications, will also be available for inspection at the following locations: Hanbury Blacksburg, VA Radford University Radford, VA
