This contract includes furnishing all labor, supervision, material, equipment, and disposal necessary to complete landscape maintenance at the Lawn on D, Lot on D, 371 D St. lot, 378 D St., 400 D St. and 424 E Street Lot, Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, and Hynes Convention Center including sweeping roadways lawn mowing, fertilizing, mulching, weeding, pruning, planting and scale treatments. This maintenance contract shall be for a term of three years, commencing on April 1, 2023, and may be renewed for two additional one-year terms at the election of the Authority. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5 p.m., March 1, 2023. Each bid shall be submitted and will be considered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and other Contract Documents, and the minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c. 149, 26 to 27H inclusive. The successful general bidder will be required to furnish a labor and materials, or payment bond as set forth in the bid form. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids if it be in the public interest to do so. All bids shall be submitted to the Authority at the address stated below in a sealed envelope with the notation "Landscape Maintenance Bid Enclosed". Question Deadline 03/01/2023 at 5:00 PM ET
