Request for Qualifications for Four Trade Contractor Packages: Early Waterproofing, Dampproofing, & Caulking; Early Roofing & Flashing; Early Glass & Glazing; Early Plumbing, for DCP - McCormack Building - Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA. This Project is for the repairs of the exterior envelope of a 22-story building. This early bid package includes work on the Precast Concrete and Curtain Wall Facades and 22nd Floor Roofs. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under MGL c. 149A. Interested firms must submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. Then, at a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified. The Construction Manager is W.T. Rich.
