Insulation measures contained in the Part 150 Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) for Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). The selected consultant or firm will provide all Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management and Project Management, Acoustical Analysis, Public Outreach, Easement Acquisition and environmental services necessary to modify single family homes, multi-family homes, and noise sensitive facilities in the vicinity of SDF within the DNL 65 contour of current and future Noise Exposure Map for Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. The program will be established in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Record of Approval 14 CFR Part 150 Noise Compatibility Program Update for Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. The program is contingent upon the availability of FAA grant funding. Consulting firms should have a minimum of five (5) years experience providing sound insulation services and submit evidence of qualifications and experience related to successfully performing the requested services on similar projects. The LRAA hereby notifies all firms that the LRAA acts affirmatively to insure that, in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, small, disadvantaged, and female-owned business will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this request.
