Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project includes the following Work: The demolition of a barn extension and restoration of remaining barn which will include repairs and infill of exterior wall and roofing. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Work will be substantially complete on or before June 23, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 30, 2023 The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $100,000 for the base bid and $40,000 for alternate 1.
