Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Phase 1 of this project was completed in 2019 and included renovations to the neighborhood park, 46th avenue, and the first phase of a neighborhood trail. Phase 2 will complete the trail and is planned to begin in 2024/2025 pending developer progress on private development adjacent park. Trail improvements are funded by reserve funds secured from the 2015 sale of property to KXLY (OPR2015-0920). During phase 3 synthetic turf & lighting will be added As of January 6, 2025, this project is currently in the FY 2025-2030 CIP. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2025 and 2026.
