Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This locally funded public works project consists of constructing transit bus stops to include traffic control, demolition, grading, concrete placement, stormwater drainage, electrical, landscaping, and signage installation. Please direct all questions regarding this project to the Project Manager stated above. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the solicitation process.
