The City of Palo Alto is currently seeking a Contractor who will provide preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance services, and routine and emergency repair services for two existing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle fueling stations. Both stations are located at the City's Municipal Services Center (MSC) located at 3201 East Bayshore Road, Palo Alto, Ca. 94303. These stations are currently used to fuel both City and private vehicles. The City currently operates approximately 22 CNG fueled vehicles and has agreements with approximately 60 private individuals and businesses to allow filling at the Palo Alto stations. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the City is seeking comprehensive submittals that will identify the Contractor's recommended preventative maintenance program, regulatory compliance program, and description of repair and emergency response capabilities.
