Site work for a water / sewer project in Duck Key, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 10, 2023, project was awarded to Gulf Coast Underground, LLC, awarded amount is $278,535.80. The Work generally consists of the installation of approximately 1,250 linear feet of cured-in-place resin pipe installed into 8-inch diameter PVC and vitrified clay gravity sewer mains between eight sanitary sewer manholes. The Work also includes cleaning, pre-work CCTV inspection, sanitary sewer bypass pumping, restoration of gravity sewer laterals, post-work CCTV inspection, and site cleanup & restoration. The location of the Work is on Duck Key Drive and Greenbriar Road on Duck Key, an unincorporated community in Monroe County, Florida at approximately Mile Marker 61 of the Overseas Highway. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a copy of certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. A copy of the certified check must be attached to the bid proposal in e-builder. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest single lump sum/unit cost price proposal, with consideration of any Alternate(s) accepted by the FKAA.
