The request to award to the lowest responsive bidder by the Governing Board is scheduled for April 20, 2023.** APPLICATION NUMBER: 02-120571 FILE NUMBER: 48-H4 The Ag Facility is located on the Northeast corner of the Dixon High School Site. One accesses the Ag Facility by entering the west parking lot at the end of Harvard Drive driving north along the student drop off lane to the north access road; and driving east through the north parking lot and past the football stadium. Within ten (10) days after notification of the Award of Contract, the successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish, simultaneously with execution of the Contract, a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Said bonds shall be secured from a Surety Company satisfactory to the Owner and with a Best's rating of no less than A-XI. Classification of Contractor's License for this work shall be Class B, General Contractor. will be considered unless it is made on a form provided by the Architect and accompanied by Cashier's Check or Bidder's Bond for 10% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Owner.
