One accesses the Ag Facility by entering the west parking lot at the end of Harvard Drive driving north along the student drop off lane to the north access road; and driving east through the north parking lot and past the football stadium. Within ten (10) days after notification of the Award of Contract, the successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish, simultaneously with execution of the Contract, a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
