On-call and Emergency Bridge Inspection Qualified Pool The City intends to establish a pool of qualified On Call and Emergency Bridge Inspection providers. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the provider. Qualifications will be reviewed as they are submitted. All submitters will be notified of acceptance or rejection of qualifications. Contracts may be issued to pool participants at any time. In general, work includes providing professional engineering and surveying services for on call and emergency bridge inspection for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. When a need arises, the City may review the qualifications of the providers within the pool.
