Renovation of an educational facility in Wood Dale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Board of Education, School District 7, Wood Dale, DuPage County, Illinois, hereinafter known as Owner, is seeking bids for D7 SUMMER 2023 RENOVATION - Wood Dale Junior High School (roofing) located in Wood Dale, Illinois. Bidders must comply with all of the requirements set forth in the Project Manual. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Draft or Certified Check made payable to the order of the Board of Education, Wood Dale School District 7, Wood Dale, Illinois, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. The Contractor's Base Bid shall include all costs for providing a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in favor of the Owner, covering all work involved under their Contract. The date of Substantial Completion shall be no later than the end of the day on: 1. August 1, 2023 for all work. The date of Final Completion shall be no later than the end of the day on: 1. August 8, 2023 for all work.
