The Park Commissioners of the Wood Dale Park District, Wood Dale, Illinois, invites bids for Pre-Cast Concrete Expansion Joint Replacement or approved equivalent as described in specifications. All bidders must submit a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total contract amount with their bid form. The Contractor shall comply with the law as enacted by the State of Illinois, approved September 22, 1979, being 820 I.L.C.S. 155/1 ET SEQ. in which the State has enacted an act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other workmen employed in any public works by the State, County, City or any public body or political subdivision or by any one under contract for public works. All Bidders shall figure payment of prevailing wages for all classes of labor used on the project. The successful Bidder's agreement shall contain provisions to insure that both the Prevailing Wage (Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 48, 39s-1-12) and the Preference to Illinois Workers Act (Ill. Rev.
