The City of Maryville, TN (City) is seeking proposals from qualified entities, hereafter referred to as the proposer, to provide consultant services for a downtown master plan, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The services requested are further defined in the Scope of Services. Submission of a proposal will be considered evidence that the proposer has familiarized themselves with the nature and extent of the work, and the services required. To be eligible to respond to this RFP, the proposing firm must demonstrate that they, or the principals assigned to the project, have successfully provided services similar to those specified in the Scope of Services section of this RFP, to at least one City similar in size and complexity to the City of Maryville. No work is guaranteed under this contract. All submittals must be valid for sixty (60) days from opening date. Submissions received after the specified time will be considered late and will be discarded. The City of Maryville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or to waive any minor irregularities in the process. The City further reserves the right to seek new proposals when it is reasonably in the best interest of the City.
