Bill no 3-20-0087-019/020-2023 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work to be completed consists of the following: o Repair Pavement, Reseal Concrete Joints, and Remark Runway 18-36, Parallel Taxiway, and Connecting Taxiways o Remark Concrete Portion of Aircraft Parking Apron The construction time for this project is seventy (70) Calendar Days and shall be completed in three (3) phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days. Phase 3 shall be completed in forty (40) calendar days or less. FAA Advisory Circular 150/5370-2G has established criteria for the development and implementation of a Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) at the Wellington Municipal Airport (EGT). This CSPP was prepared by Lochner in coordination with the Sponsor. This CSPP was submitted to the FAA for review and any comments are included in this document. The CSPP will be included in the contract documents and will be reviewed with potential Contractors at the pre-construction meeting. The Contractor is required to prepare a Safety Plan Compliance Document (SPCD) that details how the Contractor will comply with the CSPP Report. The SPCD shall be submitted to the Sponsor and the Engineer to review and approve prior to issuance of a Notice-To-Proceed.
