Description CON 2229 RRC DENTAL FACILITY - CMGC CONTRACTOR Email Questions Due Feb. 20, 2023, 2PM The Pikes Peak State College Delta Dental Oral Health Career Center Project consists of converting the existing Child Development Center (CDC) built in 2003 and located on the PPSC's Rampart Range Campus at 2070 Interquest Parkway in North Colorado Springs into a new Dental Facility housing Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs. The existing building is single-story, at approximately 12,300 gross square-feet with rooftop mechanical units and fairly open structural systems of combined steel frame and steel stud bearing walls. The work is expected to include demolition of existing interior walls and finishes, rebuilding interior spaces for dental classrooms and lab spaces, installation of dental equipment, and replacement of roof and rooftop air handling units. Upgrade of power and IT services will be required to support the increased utility loads. The Dental Hygiene program will include live patients in a clinical setting and will require medical grade air and vacuum systems
