The Track and Field Reconstruction Project at Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical High School shall include: 1. The demolition of existing site features to include, but not limited to, the existing track and field, high jump area, long jump/triple jump event area, and other appurtenances as detailed in the contract documents. 2. Reconstruction of a new track, paving of a new D-Area, relocation of jumping events, conversion of natural grass to synthetic turf field, new grandstands and press box, and other appurtenances, as detailed in the contract documents. 3. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 5.
