Greater Lowell Technical High School, pursuant (4) the alternate procurement process for modular buildings, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the following: FY23 Modular Building Addition Greater Lowell Technical High School Last day to submit questions is April 7, 2023 no later than 12:00 noon. Questions shall be submitted in writing to Michael Knight mknight@gltech.org with copy to project architect Thomas MacLeod tmacleod@habeebarch.com. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to providing eight (8) new modular classroom buildings, and connections on the first and second floor as specified. Buildings shall be based on the plan layout, size, elevations and specifications in the attached project manual. Addition of eight modular built classrooms and associated connecting links to the existing building on the first and second floors.
