The Town of Belmont, DPW Fuel System Replacement Project includes the removal and disposal of the two existing 6,000-gallon USTs, soil excavation and disposal/recycling, installation of one split-wall 8,000-gallon UST, backfill and compaction, fuel system installation including concrete vehicle fueling pad, fire suppression system, and site restoration and paving. The scope of work includes the site preparation, removal and disposal of two (2) 6,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs), installation of one (1) split-wall 8,000-gallon UST, soil excavation and disposal/recycling, backfill and compaction, fuel system installation including concrete vehicle fueling pad, fire suppression system, and site restoration and paving located at the Town of Belmont Department of Public Works (DPW) Yard, 37 C Street, Belmont, MA. The required substantial contract completion period is on or before July 30, 2024. Estimated construction cost: $1,556,940.00.
