Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Belmont, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 451,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
Project consists of a two-phased project that will bring a new high school and middle school to the town. The new high school will build first. Phase II will include demolition of the old high school and new middle school built at that location. Project documents are conceptual and scope is not yet confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER intends to bid to subcontractors who were previously pre-qualified. Bidding information may not be disclosed to planrooms. Direct any inquiries on how to pre-qualify for this and future projects to the construction manager.
