Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. New Belmont High School Early Works Packages only. The Town of Belmont High School Building Committee requests qualified and experienced Trade Subcontractors submit Statement of Qualifications for the early work packages only. A Pre-Qualification Committee has been formed to pre-qualify Trade Subcontractors on this Construction Manager at Risk project. Sub Bid Category : Roofing & Flashing ($70,000); Plumbing ($100,000): HVAC ($100,000); and Electrical ($150,000). This Request for Qualifications is the first phase of a two phase process as set forth in M.G.L. c. 149A. Only pre-qualified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they are prequalified. As of April 16, 2019, there will be an 'Early Enabling' phase of work that is scheduled to commence June 2019 that will take advantage of the school class break. The project will bid more broadly for all trades starting late 2019. Please note that this Construction Manager requires pre-qualification for all trades.
