Renovation of a conference / convention center in Woodward, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Roofing Overlay of the Woodward Conference Center located at 3401 Centennial Lane, Woodward, Oklahoma. Bids should include material and labor necessary to accomplish roofing overlay All bids must be submitted on the printed bid forms provided in the bid packet. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Woodward Conference Center Roofing Overlay Project." Each sealed bid submitted shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond written by a surety company acceptable to the City of Woodward, or a Certified Check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid, which may be retained by the City of Woodward until the contract for the project is awarded. The Bid Bond of the successful bidder will be returned when satisfactory Contract security, i.e., Performance Bond, etc., has been furnished to the City of Woodward by the Contractor. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Bidders are encouraged to make a diligent review of the job site and direct all inquiries to Billy Henry, Building Superintendent at (580) 273- 3775. The City of Woodward, Oklahoma reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, or portions thereof, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Overlay existing roof ofthe Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum. Overlay entire roof, with Duro-Last Roofing System, TPO or equivalent.
