This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools, to perform all necessary labor for the Woodward Sludge Removal 2023. Contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineers bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a cashiers check, a certified check, or a surely bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100%Statutory Bond, and a 100% Maintenance Bond. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City of Woodward/Woodward Municipal Authority, constitutes a firm and binding contract. The City of Woodward/ Woodward Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest ot the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended.
