Renovation of a museum in Woodward, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Roofing Overlay of the Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum located at 2009 Williams Avenue, Woodward, Oklahoma. Bids should include material and labor necessary to accomplish roofing overlay. All bids must be submitted on the printed bid forms provided in the bid packet. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Plains Indians & Pioneer Museum Roofing Overlay Project." Each sealed bid submitted shall be accompanied by a Legals Bid Bond written by a surety company acceptable to the City of Woodward, or a Certified Check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid, which may be retained by the City of Woodward until the contract for the project is awarded. The Bid Bond of the successful bidder will be returned when satisfactory Contract security, i.e., Performance Bond, etc., has been furnished to the City of Woodward by the Contractor. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Bidders are encouraged to make a diligent review of the job site and direct all inquiries to Billy Henry, Building Superintendent at (580) 273- 3775. The City of Woodward, Oklahoma reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, or portions thereof, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
