Renovation of a municipal facility in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal and Installation of Radiant Panels at the Forbes Building in Westborough 1. Remove 5 Panels from ceiling and install new hangers/supports to correctly install panels according to manufacturer's instructions 2. Remove ceiling tile throughout work area for access to backside of soffit above 3. Protect all flooring in the work area with RAM board 4. Protect existing wall in work area from floor to 4ft AFF with Masonite board 5. Build temporary polyethylene wall from entry door to Gallery 151 to hallway leading into locker rooms 6. Remove 32" section of drywall board at the backside of soffit and header off opening with metal studs 7. Relocate all lighting necessary to complete this work 8. Isolate, drain and disconnect existing 5 radiant panels 9. Modify piping to relocate isolation and control valves for easier service/maintenance 10. Re-hang Radiant panels in the ceiling and reconnect to piping 11. Check for leaks, fill and vent panels as needed 12. Reinstall all ceiling tiles to insure seamless finish 13. Paint the drywall ceiling and soffit areas in work area
