The Request for Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk process enables Lamar CISD to select a Construction Manager at Risk based on evaluation of qualifications, methodology and fees. Sealed Proposals will be opened, and the amounts read aloud on the due date. Following opening of proposals, Lamar CISD will conduct its evaluation and scoring of the proposals in relation to the selection criteria published in the Proposal Package.
