Please refer to the following link for more information regarding SBR certification: This Section outlines the scope of work included in the roof replacement, repair and gutter replacement project at the MSP Garage located at 1401 Belair Rd in Bel Air, MD. Refer to the appropriate specification section for further information about installation methods and components to be provided. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Remove Demo existing slate roof. Install new roof with Asphalt Architectural Limited Lifetime Warranty Shingles as per manufacture recommendations. Powerwash the entire building to include the flat roofs must be performed prior to any additional work being performed. Snake all drains to remove all clogs for proper drainage. Apply a 20year NDL fluid applied roofto the existing modified cap roofs located on each side ofthe main garage building per manufacture specifications. Include IR scan ifneeded by manufacture. Scrap and repaint existing fascias. Using exterior grade paint to match existing. Install new 6ft aluminum K gutters with hidden hinges and downspouts to match the ones on the Barracks Building. Install gutter guards on new gutters on the garage. Redesign the existing roof vent to slope away from the building.
