For Removal, Replacement and Installation of HVAC units at Department Planning, Public Works and Armory The Town, located at 39 N. Hickory Avenue, Bel Air, Maryland, is soliciting competitive proposals in order to facilitate the replacement of the current Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in operation at the Planning Department offices and installation of an Air Conditioning Unit in the Public Works Maintenance Shop, both are located at 705 E. Churchville Road, Bel Air, Maryland 21014. In addition, install two (2) new mini split units at the Bel Air Armory located at 37 N. Main Street. Proposals must be sealed, prominently marked with the RFP number, title, due date, time, and name of proposer on outside of envelope. Proposers should continue to check the website for possible addenda to this RFP prior to the RFP due date. John R. Miller, CPPO, Procurement Officer will administer the solicitation process and will be the point of contact for purposes of this Request for Proposal.
