Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bel Air, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bids must be received in the Finance Department before the bid opening date and time. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure their Bid is delivered to the Finance Department prior to the bid opening date and time. Bids should be sealed and labeled with the bid number and bid title and directed to the Finance Department John R. Miller, CPPO, Procurement Official, will administer the solicitation process. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or waive technical defects if, in its judgment the interests of the Town shall so require. Bids may be withdrawn before the scheduled time of opening. Withdrawal is not permitted after the scheduled time of opening. The Town of Bel Air wishes to provide handicapped access to the existing Shamrock Park playground at 39 N. Hickory Avenue in Bel Air, Maryland. Based on topographic information provided by the Town, a concept exhibit and details provided herein, the Town would like to solicit proposals for provision of a new pervious paver walkway from existing sidewalks along Lee Way and Pennsylvania Avenue to the improved Shamrock Park playground.
