For furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Resurfacing Improvements to Various Roads in Coffee County, Georgia, for the County's Fiscal Year 2023 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) The Scope of Work Includes: Patching, Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to Various Roads All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Coffee County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
