Reference Number : 1689684 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-23 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Municipality of Cantley is requesting quotes for the supply with delivery of rigid non-perforated (HDPE) double-wall pipes, smooth interior and corrugated exterior of 210 kPa and 320 kPa with matching fittings for the year 2023. The pipes must be made of non-perforated high-density polyethylene (HDPE), double-walled, smooth interior and corrugated exterior, of the Solfo Max type from Soleno or equivalent. They must be resistant to road de-icing salt. Rigid pipes 450mm (18 inches) in diameter must offer a minimum stiffness of 210 kPa or approved equivalent and must be BNQ 3624-120 certified. Rigid pipes for under-pavement application of 600mm (24 inches), 900mm (30 inches) and 1200mm (48 inches) in diameter must offer a minimum stiffness of 320 kPa or 125 kPa or approved equivalent and must be BNQ 3624-120 certified. The length of each pipe must be six (6) meters. Matching fittings (collars) must be split sleeves and "spigot" culverts. Polyethylene pipes must be manufactured by a manufacturer certified by the Bureau de normalization du Quebec (NQ-3624). The manufacturer's certificate must be attached to this bid. The tenderer must present the technical data sheets of his products in his tender. The pipes must be delivered to the municipal garage (14, rue du Sizerin, Cantley, QC, J8V 3W5) according to the dates in the previous table before May 5, 2023,
