Scope of work includes selective demolition, new interior partition construction, accessibility modifications, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations and mechanical, electrical and plumbing system replacements. The area defined by the scope of work is approximately 2,140 square feet. The renovation of the existing building includes selective demolition, new interior partition construction, accessibility modifications, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system replacements. Existing interior finishes shall be removed and replaced including floor tile, wall tile, ceilingtile, and paint. Existing interior doors shall be removed and replaced. 1. Substantial Completion: No later than August 1, 2023 2.
