Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Deposit of Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to SUNY Broome Community College, Treasurer, in the amount specified by this advertisement and in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid. The retention and disposal of such Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, by SUNY Broome, shall conform with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended. The successful Contractor will be required to execute the Contract and comply, in all respects, with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended. The Purchasing Office reserves the right to reject any and all Bids offered. The project includes renovations to all existing toilet rooms at the Student Services building and the Old Science Building.
