Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Frederick, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and municipal facility.

For Elevator Modernization Project, Courthouse and Adult Detention Center (ADC) Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing ADC & Courthouse Elevator Modernization Project. Work includes removal and modernization of finishes, machinery, and equipment in the elevator shafts, machine rooms, and elevator cabs as indicated on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. The contractor shall provide submittal information and receive review sufficiently in advance of work on site to ensure that material will be ordered in a timely manner. The Adult Detention Center will be bid as Add Alternate Item AA-1. The work is located at the following locations: Frederick County Courthouse 700 W Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701 Frederick County Adult Detention Center 7300 Marcies Choice Ln, Frederick, MD 21704 All communications relative to the bid for this Work shall be directed to Allen Daytner, CCM (301-600-6751), Procurement Project Manager IV prior to the opening of Bids and no later than 4:00 PM March 10, 2023.
