Request For Proposal (RFP) 36C77623R0078 for the Construct New Sterile Processing Service Project at the Sioux Falls VAMC in South Dakota is hereby cancelled in its entirety. This cancellation is the result of receiving excessive pricing and insufficient funds. The VA will be issuing a new solicitation for this project in the future (timeframe to be determined after working with the AE on the project requirements). Contractor shall completely prepare for building operations, including demolition and removal of portions of existing structure, construction and furnish labor and materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools and all other necessary resources and perform work to construct a Sterile Processing Service Addition to Building 5 of approximately 8,916 SF and renovate approximately 2,730 SF of existing Building 5 ground level Microbiology Lab, complete with landscaping, parking and roadwork as required by drawings and specifications. VAAR of Constructions: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
