Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,200-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

For Construction of Interior Improvements Within the Existing Sewer Department Building Awarding of the project will be considered at the March 22, 2023 Washington City Council Meeting based on a complete bid proposal as outlined in the Bidder Instructions, including but not limited to overall cost and proposed construction schedule. Interested Contractors shall include the following when submitting a proposal: sealed bid, proof of ability to bond, and time frame expected for completion Question Deadline 03/06/2023 All pre-bid questions and requests for additional information shall be submitted in writing, via email, to Clay Lister at MRW Design Associates, the email address is: cl@mrwdesign.com. Responses will be returned in a maximum of two (2) business days from receipt to all parties whom requested the bid packet. The deadline for pre-bid questions is three (3) business days prior to the bid submittal date.
