Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) ofthe Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified ofthe award. The extent ofthe work is approximately as follows: The Rowley Downs Trail Improvement project connects Tailman Gulch Trail to Seibert Circle as well as Seibert Circle to Omaha Avenue. The trail construction will be approximately 2,430 SY of 6" concrete sidewalk with street tie ins. Tie ins will require lane closures for curb and asphalt cutting, ADA ramp install, and striping at Seibert Circle and Omaha Avenue. Trail signage will be required along the trail and at intersections. BMPs and erosion control measures will also be required throughout the duration ofthe project Bids may not be withdrawn for a period offorty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest ofthe Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner
