Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Escanaba, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install epoxy-based flooring system in the City of Escanaba New Wastewater Administration Building and hallway! - Install a cove/cant at all floor/wall joints. (Unsure if this applies to this application) - Fill all low spots and surface cracks with epoxy fill material prior to coating. - This is mostly new concrete with relief cuts. - Adjust all floor drains and cleanouts to be flush to floor. - Apply commercial 3-coat epoxy system so as not to touch drywall. - Remove some existing tile in hallway before epoxy is completed. - Prepare concrete surface as needed for proper epoxy application.
