Site work and paving for a civil project in Millsboro, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
2023 Rapid Infiltration Basin Improvements The project is located at the White Farm on Hardscrabble Road in The Town of Millsboro. The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, construction of two (2) Rapid Infiltration Basins (RIBs), approximately 1,100 LF of 12-inch yard piping, new access drive, fencing, conduits for power and control improvements, two (2) piezometers, and restoration of all surfaces disturbed by construction and other associated work. The work also includes coordination with Owner s system integrator who is under separate contract with Owner for installation of power and control wires, interface infrastructure and SCADA system upgrades. Question Deadline 02/25/2023 All questions regarding the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled date of opening of bids may not be answered.
