Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is soliciting bids to purchase commodities for the project Rampart & Venetie Power System Upgrade as indicated in Appendix C - Scope of Work, Appendix D - Bid Schedule, and Appendix E - Specifications.The Scope of Work indicates the desired delivery date. In the space provided on the Bid Schedule indicate the earliest firm delivery date. Failure to make an entry in the space provided will be construed as an offer to deliver by the desired delivery. Bids that specify deliveries in excess of the desired delivery may be considered nonresponsive and may be rejected. estimates a budget of between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00 dollars for this contract. All questions must be in writing and directed to the contracting officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. Two types of questions generally arise. One may be answered by directing the questioner to a specific section of the ITB. These questions may be answered over the telephone. Other questions may be more complex and may require a written amendment to the ITB. The contracting officer will make that decision.
