Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Waunakee (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2023 Meadowbrook Parking Lot+ The Project includes the following work: Approximately 4700 SY pulverize/milling, grading, and HMA paving of the parking lot. Other work will consist of curb and gutter spot repairs, storm sewer repairs and adjustments, manhole adjustments, sidewalk repairs and driveway apron replacement. Path paving and modification to a bioinfiltration basin. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
