Other work will consist of curb and gutter spot repairs, storm sewer repairs and adjustments, manhole adjustments, sidewalk repairs and driveway apron replacement. Electrical work and installation of lighted bollards. Installation of concrete patio. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5%of the Bidders maximum Bid price.
