As of May 3, 2023, project was awarded to Centrica Business Solutions awarded amount is $409,935.50. Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a light emitting diode ("LED") lighting retrofit at the Ulster County Office Complex, located at 1 Development Court, Kingston, NY 12401. Work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1065 light fixtures and 433 light switches. The work also includes the installation of associated occupancy sensors and other controls. The affected spaces are occupied by multiple Ulster County departments, including Social Services, Safety, Economic Development and the Office for the Aging. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: Date of award to satisfactory completion of the project scope according to the plans, specifications and all related documents or March 31, 2024, whichever occurs first.
