Renovation of a transportation facility in Ghent, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project generally includes the rehabilitation of approximately 40,000 SF of the existing Terminal Apron pavement. Work includes milling and overlay of the existing pavement and pavement marking application. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Technical questions shall be directed to Matt Nissen of Passero Associates via email at mnissen@passero.com. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than Friday, February 24, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
