The R.M. of Fertile Valley No. 285 invites tenders for the loading, hauling, and spreading of road gravel for 2023. Approximately 10,000 cubic yards of crushed road gravel to be applied throughout the municipality. The job must begin as soon as road bans are removed and to be completed by June 30, 2023. Please provide a price for the following: Loading charge per cubic yard; hauling and spreading charge per yard per mile; any special charges. Please include a copy of an up-to-date letter of good standing with the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board. As well, tenders to include proof of a minimum $2 million liability insurance. If you have not hauled gravel for the R.M. of Fertile Valley No. 285 in the past, please provide a minimum of two municipalities that you have recently hauled gravel for as references. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The R.M. of Fertile Valley No. 285 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
